RIP Planet Earth
How would you feel if I told you that you had died at 11:20 on the morning of 5 April 2012?
I suspect you wouldn’t believe me, right?
And if I went on to say that not just you but EVERYONE on Earth had died at that time, I can already see you backing away, feeling for your mobile phone.
But please hear me out and let me clarify a couple of things.
First, we didn’t actually DIE at that time. We just stopped living. There is a difference.
And why did we stop living? Because time itself had stopped! It’s my job to explain how and why this happened.
Second: time didn’t stop for EVERYONE. Not quite. It kept going for just one person, the only person on Earth, or indeed in the whole universe, who could be said to be alive at that moment. The story I want to tell you is how we got from there to here.
“Okay”, I can hear you saying, “Prove it! And if time has now restarted (as is evidently the case), how come nobody can remember a single thing about it except you, Mr Wyken Cleverclogs Seagrave?”
Well, if you will give me some of your time, I promise you I will tell you the greatest, the most incredible and amazing story you have ever heard. And yes, I do have proof that it’s true, but I will reveal the evidence at the right time. I don’t want to spoil a great tale. I call the story “Time Crystal”.
Actually it’s quite a long story, so I haven’t finished writing it all down yet. But I have just published an illustrated edition of the first volume, Cosmic Monopole, so this is a very good time to start following the story as it unfolds.
Amazon readers’ comments about an earlier edition
Truly bizarre, utterly unique
I’ve never read a novel quite like this before. The author takes you on an exciting adventure full of unforgettable and vivid imagery. Solidly written with each character’s personality shining through. If you find physics fascinating you will not be disappointed by the author’s keen intellect and clear understanding of this most challenging (for me anyway) scientific subject. This is not a novel I will forget anytime soon, I would highly recommend it.

Very Imaginative Tale
Anybody interested in a very imaginative and engrossing sci fi story needs to check this one out. I have been reading sci fi for decades and this story has elements that surprise me which is very unusual considering the number of novels and stories I have over the years.
